Q. Can I cut costs by supplying my own copy and photos?
A. Yes, Definitely! We can print your documents saved in various software formats, including Quark Xpress, Photoshop, Illustrator, Freehand, PageMaker and so much more. (Microsoft Word documents can be converted into Quark documents.) Also your chosen digital photos, saved to disk, can be converted and inserted into your documents.
Q. Will I be able to see what my product(s) will look like before you print them?
A. Yes, Absolutely! We will furnish full color proofs for your review before the project goes into production. You will now exactly what the finish project will look like before it is delivered.
Q. How long does production typically take? Sometimes we have rush jobs.
A. Once you have approved the proof(s) and it is ready for production, we can typically turn your project(s) around in 3 to 5 business days. Jobs that require special requirements can take an additional 2 to 4 business days. We pride ourselves on delivering a quick turnaround with high quality products.
Q. I already have a vendor, however, we would like to reprint with a few changes and/or compare your printing costs. Can you help me?
A. No problem. We can make any changes to your existing files and output at a very minimal cost to you. We can quote prices of any existing material you have with the same print specifications of previous jobs and SAVE YOU MONEY!
Q. I have several different products; can I run them together and receive a volume discount?
A. Yes, we are able to combine all orders of the same size, paper and ink colors to offer you the lowest possible price. Storage is available for customers that are in need of warehouse space.
